Destiny 2 Tips and Guide

Destiny 2 is a multiplayer first-person shooter video game which is the sequel to 2014’s Destiny and it’s subsequent expansions. Unlike the original Destiny where you communicated with other players using the consoles messaging system in Destiny 2 players use a new feature called ‘Guided Games’ which allows you to search for clans who may need additional players for activities such as strikes or raids. Activities in Destiny 2 are the same as the original, they are divided among player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP) game types. The sequel takes place one year after the events of the Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC. The Last City and final bastion of humanity has fallen to Ghaul, the commander of the Red Legion who has stripped the city’s Guardians of their power and forced the survivors to flee the Tower. Now powerless the Guardians must venture to mysterious new world worlds to acquire new powers to confront Ghaul and the Red Legion and reclaim humanity’s home.

In Destiny 2 you will be able to choose from one of three classes, each one of which offers its own set of unique ablilities and skills. Each classs will aslo have its own trio of subclasses which will provide additional variety. The three classes you can choose from are Hunters, Titans and Warlocks and although they all technically operate the same Weapons the way they move and the abilities they can trigger are totally different.

Titan Class

Titans are heavily armoured frontline fighters that are capable of dealing out and taking a lot of damage. Although they have the same HP as the other classes their specific abilities give them more resistance and blocking potential. The Sentinal is the shield bearer who is able to block incoming fire and then exploit foes when they are open. His Super can be switched from a throwable shield to a large bubble that can withstand a heavy barrage. This sub-class also gives an overshield upon melee hits due to the Defensive Strike skill.
